Yes indeed a true classic.I loved this one when I first saw it ( it was in a Nu-west catalog of all places) I did order the VHS tape and a photo set and I enjoyed her position otk,the way her panties were at her knees and the determination of the spanker great find thanks for the memory and have a great day. Rony, yes, the film is called "Cindy and the Hairbrush." It was a silent film released by NuWest either in the late 70s or very early 80s. Ed Lee made a number of silent spanking films before developing NuWest fully.
