Hard to say since he still has his tie on I would say pre date spanking. Of course you could say they are man and wife engaging in domestic discipline ,but I do like to think its is a paternal spanking. Great find thanks for sharing and enjoy your day. Jim

Jim, Perhaps my thoughts are clouded by old TV shows, but I always imagined that the father of the house kept his tie on quite often.
