A few years back I met a young man that claimed both he and his female cousin were tied to trees, bare-assed, and given birthday swats with a switch all day long on their 18th birthday until the full 18 were dealt. He said they both probably got over 60 swats a piece before they were actually released. Ah, loving family traditions!
