This is an image from the artist Dean Yeagle whose work I love, especially the Mandy series featured here. He isn't a spanking artist, and I don't even know if this cartoon is meant to be one, but as a spanko I definitely see it.
Jim, I love this 'Mandy' character so much. Even though the character has nothing to do with spanking, the pouty faces that she has in some of the drawings tell their own story. It is well worth checking out his work.
